Breeding and selling snakes on a small scale is my passion!

I will take care of them as well as i can, then find the babies new homes for decent prices! There are many reasons to purchase from a breeder like myself instead of your local pet store. Among these are: I keep a feeding record of every animal i own and you can receive that record on request, I know the parents of each baby i sell and can trace their lineage back farther than any pet store, I kno

w the genetics (hets and possible hets) of every animal I own, I will always be there for my customers if they have concerns or questions about an animal purchased from me. You will not get any of this from a pet store, and I can guarantee that I, as a small scale breeder, care for these animals much more than a large wholesale-buying franchise pet store. I name each of my pet snakes and love them, and each of their offspring is taken care of as if it were the only one i have. They are free of disease and parasites. These are things that no pet store can guarantee. I hope you choose a breeder, whether it be me or someone else, because a breeder loves and cares deeply for the individual animal, they dont just do it for the money. I do it because I want to spread the love of snakes to everyone in the world! [I accept paypal and money orders as forms of payment. Paypal requires an additional 5% on top of total purchase cost (including shipping) to be paid by buyer; if mailing money order your purchase will be put on hold while payment is being delivered. I do not hand deliver animals or merchandise, please consider your location before contacting about a purchase, I can ship - shipping is paid by the buyer. I will do free holds on animals for no more than 48hrs. I will do more permanent holds for ~25% down (rounded to the nearest $5) which is non refundable - this held animal must be paid off in 30 days, or the ~25% is kept by me and the animal will be put back up for sale- any other money put down on the animal will be refunded. If you have an issue with something you purchase from me, you have 7 days after receiving it to notify me should you want a replacement or reimbursement. Any replacements or refunds must be picked up, I will not deliver them or ship them. You have 3 weeks after notifying me of the issue to get your replacement or refund, otherwise any issues will be considered void. Please be 18 or older if you are planning to purchase, anyone younger than 18 who purchases will have no animal warranty, no refunds under any circumstances, and no returns under any circumstances. It is not the responsibility of Sarah's Snake Shop to ensure buyer is of adult age.

*shipping amendments: Amendment #1: You will have the option of your reptiles shipping being either Insured or Not Insured. The uninsured is cheaper, but there will be no guarantee on the snakes should anything happen to them. The insured will cost more, but if anything does happen during shipping you will be covered. Amendment #2: If you purchase over $100 worth of snakes, I will guarantee that you will not pay more than $50 shipping: insured or uninsured (though you will still have either option). Thanks!

Remember that time [yesterday] when I put my foot in my mouth by saying we had great fertility this year? Well, unfortunately the 2nd Halo Snow slugged out last night. She arrived here earlier this season, and shipping + breeding in the same season can equal fertility issues.
All good, though! Given how last season went, I'm grateful for every single fertile egg in the incubator right now

4/20/2025 Current Clutch updates
We now have 6 clutches in the incubator! We have had great fertility percentages this year with only 1 single egg going bad during incubation so far, and no infertiles laid! I did not brumate this year, so I was afraid of what the fertility might look like. The clutch sizes ARE smaller than average though 9-11 eggs average instead of the usual 13-15. But no complaints!
Here’s what we have incubating:
1) Laid 20250215, Expect Hatch 20250419 (currently overdue) “Zathura” F. Masque het anery diffused charcoal, poss het Sunkissed motley X “Barq” M. Anery Masque het charcoal Sunkissed Diffused, poss het redcoat hypo motley. Expecting: normal, Masques (+Supers), anerys, diffused, charcoals (+combines), possibly add Sunkissed or Motley mixes as well.
2) Laid 20250320, Expect hatch 20250525. “BigGirl” F. Het Palmetto Amel Anery X “Squirrely Dan” M. Palmetto het Amel Anery. Expecting normal, palmettos, amels, anerys, and combines.
3) Laid 20250322, Expect Hatch 20250525. “Laureten” F. Halo Snow, no known hets x “Nectarine” M. Halo Snow poss het Charcoal Caramel Motley. Expecting Snows, Halo Snows, and Green Blotched Snows (note: all snows will be held back for 3+ shed cycles before being sold as Halo or GB as it takes the yellow a while to develop).
4) Laid 20250324, Expect hatch ~20250601. “Chartreuse” F. Gold Dust Motley het Anery ph Charcoal x “Frangipani” M. Halo Snow het Caramel Motley ph Charcoal. Expecting Amels, Snows, Ultramels, Ultramel Anerys, Butters, Gold Dusts, plus motley versions and other combines. This pair produced an Anery Golddust Motley for me 2 years ago!
5) Laid 20250326, Exp Hatch ~6/5/2025. “Lori” F. BHB line Okeetee het Scaleless x EITHER: “Noah” M. Normal het Scaleless ph Caramel Motley; OR “Butters” M. Butter het Scaleless Anery. Expecting Normals and Scaleless regardless of who the dad is. Though not Okeetee, They are still BHB line animals if anyone is looking for those specifically!
6) Laid 2025-04-19, exp hatch 2025-06-25. “Cola” F. charcoal het Anery poss het diffused sunkissed redcoat motley hypo X “Barq” M. Anery Masque het charcoal Sunkissed Diffused, poss het redcoat hypo motley. Expecting Charcoals, Anerys, Masques, and combines. Hoping to prove some hets out in both here as they are siblings. Might get sunkissed, bloodred, redcoats, motleys – who knows what all may come out of here!

Now for those from whom we are awaiting eggs:
1) Expecting eggs: any day. “Dallas” F. Halo Snow ph Caramel motley charcoal x “Nectarine” M. Halo Snow ph Caramel motley charcoal. Expecting snows, halo snows, and green blotched snows. These are both very far removed from the poss hets (grandfather was het caramot 50%ph charcoal never tested), so these poss hets will likely not bring about any other visuals.
2) Expecting eggs: Within the next 4 weeks. “Mazikeen” F. Classic poss het Golden Lava caramel motley x “Finley” M. Motley poss het Golden Caramel Lava Motley. These two are both borrowed from very generous customers who let me breed their snakes to hopefully get more Goldens. I’m “Expecting” to get normals. But we could get any mix of the above. Both adults are 50%poss het Golden as far as I can tell.

Now for those who I HOPE are gravid, but not really sure yet.
1) “Redstone” F. Classic het Lava ph Golden x “Finley” M. Motley ph Golden Lava Caramel Motley. Of course, I am hoping for Golden here again. Maybe we will get lavas though?
2) “Glowstone” F. Golden and/or Caramel poss het motley lava x “Finley” M. Motley ph Golden Lava Caramel Motley. Again, wanting Goldens. Lava, Caramel, and motley mixes are all a possibility in here, though.
3) “Bonnie” F. Anery het Palmetto ph Amel x “Squirrely Dan” Palmetto het Amel Anery. Can’t tell if she’s gravid but she eats like she is! Expecting Palmetto, anery palmetto, classic, etc.

If more show up, it will be a surprise to me! But I will keep everyone informed!
