Hey everyone, I wanted to have a quick chat about something that really impacts our ability to serve you all effectively. No-call, no-shows can create some significant challenges for us. When an appointment is missed without notice, it not only leaves an empty slot that could have been used by another client, but it also affects our team's schedule and income.
To ensure fairness and respect for everyone's time, we're implementing a $25 no-show fee for appointments missed without prior notification. We understand that unexpected things can happen, so we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the slot to someone else and adjust our schedules accordingly.
