Let your dog figure things out for themselves. When they learn they can do it, they get more confident working through their fear. They can do more than we give them credit for!

Meet Dash!! He is with me for 4 weeks to work on some pretty extreme fear of being outside and general anxiety. He’s been here for about a week and has made some great progress. Here is a compilation of some training sessions we’ve had so far. Watch till the end to see the cutest face!!

Today we’re working through Scout’s anxiety in the car. My main concern is his emotional state, not any sort of obedience. There’s nothing Scout loves more than a pup cup, so we’re using that to help him feel better.

I’m not sure if Ollie has ever seen a horse, but he sure was PUMPED to see some up close 😂

Ollie has started to enjoy spaces with lots of talk grass and trees, so we are capitalizing on that to keep building his confidence outside. He did great exploring and staying relaxed on our walk today. We have also been working on a heel command, which he is crushing, as well!

Very first session with Ollie. It’s a hard watch because of how stressed he was just being outside. The good news is we have made remarkable progress since then. More session recordings to come.
