This Friday, October 31st, our daycare pups are celebrating in style!

We’re having a special Halloween dress-up day just for our daycare dogs 🐶🦴

🕖 Drop-Off: 7:00–8:30 AM
🕕 Pick-Up: 5:00–6:00 PM
📍 Location: Fort Collins, CO

Bring your pup in their cutest, spookiest, or silliest outfit (or a festive bandana if they prefer to keep it comfy)! We’ll be snapping adorable photos and handing out tasty treats. 🎃💀✨

☀️ Summer Dog Walking Tips from NoCo Pet Retreat 🐾

Summer is here—and while we love the sunshine, it’s important to keep our furry friends safe on those hot walks! At NoCo Pet Retreat, your pet’s comfort and health always come first. Here’s what we do (and what you can do!) to ensure safe summer strolls:

🐶 Walk Early or Late
We schedule walks during the cooler morning or evening hours to avoid the peak heat of the day.

🐾 Pavement Check
Hot pavement can burn paws! A good rule: if it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws. We opt for grassy or shaded paths whenever possible.

💧 Hydration is Key
We bring water on all walks and make sure your pup stays hydrated and cool.

🌳 Shady Breaks
We take frequent rest stops in shaded areas and never push a dog past their comfort level in the heat.

⚠️ Watch for Signs of Overheating
Excessive panting, drooling, or sluggishness? We stop immediately and cool down.
