October 27 - The night our beloved pets come home. 🧡🐾

In Mexico, there is a beautiful belief that is part of Día de los Mu***os. On the night of October 27th, our dogs and cats who have crossed the rainbow bridge make the journey back to visit us.
It is said they follow a glowing path made of cempasúchil — bright orange marigold flowers — whose color and scent guide their souls all the way home. Along the path, candles are lit and monarch butterflies, believed to carry returning spirits, fly beside them.

Just for one night, they are believed to come back to snuggle up next to us, drink from their little bowl, and feel all our love once again.

So tonight, light a candle, scatter some marigolds, and leave a little light on. The path is open.

If you are waiting for someone tonight, write their name in the comments.

Let's keep their memory alive together. See less
