ARF is struggling, as is every other rescue or shelter. We simply cannot take in the amount of animals needing help. Donations are down, adoptions down, and people don't have the funds to help because they are trying to make ends meet. Please understand we cannot take on everyone's dog or cat's problems. It just isn't financially possible, even if we did have the space. I am sorry. We wish we could help them all, I assure you.
