My philosophy surrounding shoeing is at its core based on horsemanship and making sure I offer the horse all the tools they need to succeed. Shoeing can be a stressful situation for horses of all ages and experience; my main goal is to make the process as easy on them as possible. I want to offer the horses the patience and understanding they need as we work together to build a healthy relationship with one another. Creating a comfortable and respectful environment for the horses is, in my opinion, the most effective way to provide these horses with the hoof care they need for better lives and careers.
