Saturday, I added water to the pool now that everyone is used to jumping in/out.
Completely unfazed by wading around or grabbing toys out.
Several tried drinking from the hose while there’s always one who wants to wrestle the hose. Talking to you Mr Purple…

I love one on one time with the puppies. Usually one of them is awake while the rest are napping so I take them down to the grass. Just games of tossing toys, rolling them around and playing with their mouth and toes. I want them to be used to someone handling these two sensitive areas, for teeth checks and for nail trims in the future.
Here’s Mr Blue
You can see his eyes are changing from baby blue to the brown they will be as an adult. For now they’re a little greenish hazel.

Getting used to the pool before I add water. They already enjoy playing with the balls, which will float once I add a bit of water.

Today was pretty hot and steamy so I introduced the puppies to ice cubes. They’re fun because the ice scoots around and the puppies chase them, but don’t leave any mess outside.

Mr Red loves being out in the yard!
First off, he ran down from the house to go potty so he gets a gold star for the day. Then raced around grabbing at grass and thoroughly enjoying his new space. He was zipping around and this was the best video I could get of him. So fun…

Pigeon introduction for the puppies. This was the last of 3 birds.
Mr Purple, then Ms Yellow, and finally Mr Red are the 3 that run down the steps after the bird flies away.

Puppies were moved to a larger area with access to outside. They’ve been on the back deck before, mostly for taking treats and clicker games, outside and street noise acclimation and a few neighbor visits through the deck rails.
Here’s Mr Blue enjoying his new space.

Next up, the 3 boys enjoyed some individual outdoor time. Plus a nail trim and no neighbors.
