Today was one of the hardest days we’ve had here at Morgan’s Frenchie Farm. Aspen had to undergo an emergency spay after developing a serious infection, and while our hearts are heavy over the loss of this litter, we are beyond grateful that she is still here with us. At the end of the day, her health and life will always come first. ❤️

This summer is going to look a little different for us. There won’t be puppies running around, and honestly, maybe that’s exactly what we need right now. We’re going to take this time to slow down, focus on our family, and enjoy having our son home before his senior year begins. Time moves way too fast, and this has reminded us how important it is to step back and appreciate the moments that matter most.

We’ll also be using this time to reflect on the future of our breeding program and how we want to move forward from here. Thank you to everyone who has checked on Aspen, prayed for her, and supported us today. Your kindness means more than you know. 🐾
