Hey friends! I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!
Did you know, snow season is my absolute favorite? My new family has a huge fenced in yard where I get to play in the snow with my dog sisters. It's the best! My best dog friends at the rescue are hoping you will think of them as they still need your support!
The volunteer family is amazing and are still caring for them every day, just as they’ve always done. Thank you for always being there for all of us through thick and thin! We all love our supporters!

Good afternoon friends!
It is Thankful Thursday.
It cannot go unspoken that we do appreciate each and every one of you.
We see you. We see the donations coming in and there are just no words to elaborate how grateful we are.
Also, the supportive messages we are receiving. It means so much.
Thank you all.

Our dedicated volunteers continue to care for our animals every day. We are so very blessed to have our volunteers!

The mission continues, for the animals. Nothing more, nothing less. We choose to remain positive.

We have expenses. Daily, weekly and monthly.

A question was raised about our Chewy account. Sadly, our rescue account was deactivated by Chewy due to someone contacting them and reporting the difficult times we are having.
Orders can still be made through them, but that is a personal choice on behalf of a donor.

⭐️ Teaching Compassion Through Positive Action.

⭐️ A Place of Love, Hope, Courage and Compassion.
This is who we are, who we have always been.

Our precious animals have always been top priority. If you truly know us, you know.
We are all saddened by yesterday’s event and the judges ruling.
The unbridled attack against The Devoted Barn program and its founder, has been nonstop for well over 2 years. More like 10.

For those of you that have stood by us all, no words can express how much we love and appreciate all of you. You have balanced yourselves within our mission and we consider you part of our “barn family.”
The animals are still under Devoted Friends Animal Society. Necessities, for the animals, continues.
Rest assured, we will not abandon our animals.

Our awesome volunteers continue with daily care of the animals, 7 days a week.

To those who hop onto our page with fake accounts, making fun of recent events, spreading hatred-you know who you are.
Your comments will not only deleted, you will be blocked. You’ve earned it, and would you tolerate any of this on your own profile? We think not.

We cannot comment further on yesterday’s tragic event. Our hearts are heavy.

It’s $2 Tuesday! Please help us care for the animals $2 at a time.

Hi I'm Hannah.
I spent my early days on the racetrack. I was really successful until I had a terrible accident while on the track. That left me with some lifelong damage to my leg. Right after it happened I needed a lot of time to just rest my leg and give it time to heal. My family here came down to Kentucky and picked me up. They gave me that time I needed to heal.
And while I'll never be sound enough to be ridden again, I am perfectly sound to be a pasture pet.
I love to race around in the pasture with my friends, after all, I still am a red headed thoroughbred.
I like to keep my human family on their toes with my spiciness and I keep them laughing with my qerky personality.
You could say I'm the life of the farm.

Hi, I'm Martin.
I've called this place home for a long time. When I was just a year old I found myself homeless and wandering around afraid of people. The local animal control asked what would become my family to catch me.
I sure didn't make it easy on them but they were determined, and they finally caught me.
But then they found out after a month long stray hold that I would have to go through something called a sale.
Well they wouldn't have that so they worked out a deal with the local county's attorney and they made it possible for me to stay here forever.
Since those days I've gotten over my fear of people and I discovered that I love attention from my people.
I really love all the treats and the scratches I get.
