Yet again today 4PS has been asked to “help” a cat and the “asker” is only willing to drop it off with 4PS and NOTHING else. No donation - no willingness to foster- because “she’s busy”. OMG I just can’t !

The cat has a broken leg and is living outside as a friendly feral.

Can anyone take her in to foster?
