Kiki is the inspiration for Kiki's Kitty Kloset! This community project helps cats who are at risk of abandonment stay safely indoors by providing donated supplies and info about clinics/assistance programs available to the public.

🐾💚 Another Meaningful Outreach Day for Kiki’s Kitty Kloset 💚🐾

We recently visited the James Lee Community Center during one of the Capital Area Food Bank distribution days—and we were able to support 5 more cat families with food, supplies, and resources. 🐱

This was the very first time Kiki’s Kitty Kloset distributed cat food and accessories at this location, and we were so grateful for the warm welcome and support from the James Lee staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the event.

One staff member even stepped in to provide Spanish-language translation assistance for one of our “klients,” helping us better connect with and support the community. 💚

We also signed up a new volunteer who will help us source donations closer to where they live—another wonderful example of neighbors helping neighbors.

Every outreach event reminds us how important accessible pet support services are for keeping cats safe, cared for, and happily indoors.

Thank you again to everyone who helped make this visit such a success! 🐾
