Sad to say that the sale with the original buyers fell through. 😔💔 So, what this means is that I have arranged a new grooming spot for me in town and this should be a smooth transition. ✂️📍 Everyone's prebooked appointments should be the same through out the rest of the year, just my location will change. 🗓️🔄 If you need to schedule any appointments, please schedule with Kim at 907-888-8067 until further notice. 📞📅 The transition should be taking place in September. 🗓️🍂 I will keep everyone posted as we go along. 📢👍

Welcome to Studio K9! My name is Bianca and this is my salon’s little corner on Facebook! I am dedicated to the craft of dog grooming and the Mission of Studio K9 is that I’m not out to be the biggest, just the best. I fulfill that by providing the best possible service I can!
I specialize in one on one appointments. What does that mean for your dog? It means, in and out. No more waiting in a crate for 7 hours. It means, while here, your dog has my undivided attention. This is especially helpful for older pups, or the pups who’ve previously had a bad experience. This method of grooming provides a low stress environment. It’s quiet, and low stress. I am not a “high-output” salon! I do a handful of dogs a day to ensure that I get ample time with each pet. Most small dogs take an hour, while larger dogs take 2 to 2.5 hours. I believe in quality over quantity!
HOURS OF AVAILABILITY: I operate by appointment only. I try to keep my daily works hours between 9:00am and 5:00pm Tuesday - Saturday. I try to keep my work days at 8hour per. I am always closed on and unavailable on Mondays. My Saturday and Sunday appointments are the first to book up and most of them are booked for my 6 month booking period. But! I do try to stay flexible for clients who prebook!
What can a new client expect? - When calling for a new appointment, its important to remember that I do book out. Current wait times for a new appointment is around 6-8 weeks. If you choose to schedule, you’ll be asked your dogs breed and what you’d like done for him/her. We will discuss the type of service best suited for your needs. And finally, the best day or time to get your scheduled. There will be periods where I will be unable to accept new clients, but don’t give up on me, always call back! I prebook per every 6 months.
If you should ever have a complaint regarding my services or the services offered, please come to me first and allow me to make it right with you! 90% of the time its a simple miscommunication! My clients are important to me and I take pride in knowing that I am doing everything possible to ensure that my work, quality, and services stay top notch! “Not the biggest, just the best.”
Finding the right groomer for you and your dog is vitally important. Talk with them, ask questions, ask your friends, read reviews, visit the salon, whatever you need to make your trip to the groomer the best possible!
