Thanks to YOU—our amazing customers—we’ve been able to keep our promise: 5% of everything we grow goes to feeding the most vulnerable in our community.
Over the past two weeks, your purchases helped us donate:
🥬 3 lbs 12 oz of pea and radish microgreens
🥦 2 lbs 2 oz of broccoli, radish, kale, and cabbage microgreens
…to Stone Soup Café (Breadline Inc.) right here in Fairbanks.
We started volunteering Thursday mornings in their kitchen—and they could use more helping hands! If you’ve been looking for a way to serve, this is a great place to start.
One thing we’ve learned: they can’t always go through all the microgreens we bring. So we’re asking for your help…

Customer Showcase: moose, morels, and microgreens 🥬🌱☘️🤤❤️

This weekend we took our farm box out camping and made one of those meals that just hits different. Moose steak cooked over the fire, fresh wild morels sautéed in a pan, and a handful of Alaska Native Greens microgreens to bring it all together.
There’s something grounding about eating like this — local, seasonal, and connected to the land. No stress, no fancy tools, just good food shared in good places.
We’re harvesting morels all month and we’ve still got a few greens bags left for this week.
