đź“– A study in 2024 compared these two interventions on low back pain: lumbosacral exercises alone compared to lumbosacral exercises with kinesiology tape.
Outcomes measured were: pain intensity, muscle endurance, and spinal alignment.

The exercise + tape group had significantly better improvements.

đź“– A study in 2020 compared these two interventions on neck pain: postural correction exercises alone compared to postural exercises with kinesiology tape.
The exercise + tape group saw a significantly better pain improvement and decrease in disability.

Tape is like a flashlight.
If you’re sewing up a hole in your clothes in the dark, you’ll be more efficient with a flashlight. The flashlight alone didn’t “fi the hole, but it made the efforts of fixing it concentrated and more effective.

Myoascial release is such a high reward/low risk modality.

It is tolerated by many horses that can’t tolerate other types of manual therapies.

It is gentle and patient.

It teaches you to listen.
