Had a great show this last weekend at the GCFP! We took almost all HOME GROWN babies and they held their own! And I even got to clerk for the first time, such a great experience!

Blue Wheaton c**kerel- 1st, 5th overall jr show old English
Wheaten c**kerel- 2nd
Wheaten c**kerel - 3rd ( wheatens had a nice group of great birds!)
Blue Wheaton hen- 5th ( some tough competition in the oegb)
Mottled Cochin pullet- RV , 2nd
Blue Cochin c**k- 1st

Also.. I’m so excited to be bringing in some new faces to the breeding pens. Trio brown red oegb, pair lemon blue oegb, group of silkie chicks, and some new moderns! Can’t wait to see what 2024 brings us.

Thank you to everyone who put this show on!
I didn’t get pictures of everyone but I’m excited to say my blue Wheaton pullet received reserve Old English in the Jrs show!
I’m also excited to be bringing home a trio of BBred old English, a birchen modern c**kerel and a pair of Bantam silkies!

Had a great time at PPBA! My lemon blue c**k and blue Wheaton c**kerel were best lemon blue and best blue wheaton.
All my moderns were a little all over the place.
Biggest senior showmanship class with 15 competitors! Now to get ready for Fresno!!
