Watching how one hundred years of dog breeding "improvement" actually ruined perfectly beautiful, athletic, and useful dogs, turning them into caricature of themselves full of health problems, is really sad. Just look at the deformation endured by the bull terrier above these lines.

FOSTER NEEDED. Seattle/Redmond area. This is an odd request for us, since we aren't usually set up for this kind of thing. But this little guy touched us and we'd like to give him a happy ending. He is only 4 years old and has cancer, so will need a hospice foster. Vet bills are covered by us, but the idea is to show him some love and fulfill a doggy bucket list before letting him go peaceful and happy, instead of scared and alone in a shelter. Many of you have met me in the office. I have been fortunate to work at Kozy Kennels again after being away for 7 years. Now I am taking another job and this is my last week with Kozy. I have loved seeing old friends again, like Penny R., Tiki E., Kaka D., Duke G, and many others still with us. I have missed old friends no longer with us but been excited to meet new family members, like Pepper H., Sadie R., Theo E., and many others.
