ISO some weekday and weekend shift coverage at the ranch. Horse experience required. Must be able to halter horses, clean stalls and runs (no bedding in stalls as we have matted stalls), walk horses to and from pasture, and feed horses and 3 barn cats. Do you love working outdoors and operating equipment? Join the team at Windstar Ranch!

🔧 What You’ll Do:

✅ Keep hay stocked in stables
✅ Grade riding arenas
✅ Mow grass & bush hog pastures
✅ Spray weeds
✅ Maintain equipment (oil changes, blades, grease, filters)
✅ Bale hay (seasonally)
✅ Small ranch repairs
✅ Handle small mechanical repairs

🧰 You Should Have:

✔ Experience with ranch/farm work and/or horses
✔ Ability to operate tractors, mowers, and balers
✔ Basic mechanical/maintenance skills
✔ Strong work ethic & attention to detail
✔ Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
✔ Valid driver's license
