Who is Muddy Paws?

My name is Amber and I was born and raised in Evansville. I've had pets most of my life. As a child we had dogs, cats, a guinea pig, and a rabbit. I have two dogs now, both rescues, and have fostered nearly thirty dogs since 2020 through two different local rescues. I have been an animal caretaker at It Takes a Village No-Kill Rescue for nearly two years and I started pet sitting about 4 years ago. Rescue is my passion project. It is the thing I would do 100 hours a week for free if time and money were no object. Pet sitting allows me to love on animals and give pet owners the peace of mind that their animals are given top notch care while they are away. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds and am comfortable giving oral medications. I would love the opportunity to give your pet amazing care and help you with any pet care needs you may have! Along with convenient in-home visits, I’ll be offering safe transportation to grooming and vet appointments, daycare drop-offs, delivery of food and medications, and even special “Doggie Day Out” adventures.
