A couple people have reported that the website through Google sites will not open. We are working on fixing the domain. Sorry for anyone that hasn't had access, Google is not my friend.

Starting to get the first batches underway for this season. And yes people even bring me pet Parrots to mount. It's a huge privilege to be trusted with them

Mounting a peacock means having to build their hind end in layers as the train is so dense and hard to clean. Also the back part of the foam body is removed and therefore will be detachable on the end product. This train currently is half built

There will be a price raise coming this fall. We were blessed with the busiest season ever and due to sheer demand and new employment, adjustments have to be made. Mind you we are not anywhere near the highest rates in the US, this is mid range. We are not going to be cheap for we want to attract the best clientele for the quality, experience and the level of professionalism we strive for.

If you are the minority who think the rates are "high", our business has gotten busier every year and encouraged to charge more. We listen to the market as a whole, and not to the few individuals that penny pinch and try to haggle and degrade our work. We are artists and we charge to our operating and living needs. The worst thing we can do is price match neighboring shops or falter to haggling.

Our shop does not do any turkeys or any turkey related work. Please do not send turkey folks here or you'll waste the person's time. We do exclusively waterfowl up to the size of cranes and upland.

This may be out of the ordinary for my page but if anyone is a taxidermy collector I am selling my silver redheads. They are pen raised and I have the papers so I am allowed to sell them. $1,300 and can ship at buyers expense if not in Northern Colorado. The price will raise every week until they are sold. I will not accept offers as I'm already asking way too low for the time and investment into this piece.

Message the page or my number for the business. Watermarked so that Facebook hackers can't fake my listing elsewhere.

Standing geese are always a favorite. A lot of the landing poses are so trendy that I would reccomend better options for your birds. Your bird should be uniquely displayed vs being another copy paste of everyone else's poses. Taxidermy is an artistic investment so please choose something that you will want to look at for years to come.

Leaving a reminder that again we are fully booked and not accepting any more birds till November 1st. Legit post here, April 1st is the most despised day for businesses trying to do normal updates.

Been getting lots of calls from frantic folks...guys, spring is the worst time to try and get birds to higher end shops. We are so known for our work that we get booked up by the time duck season ends and before snow goose season commences. Sorry but "were full" doesn't mean try to make us make room. That's unfair to everyone else needing work done.

Here is what you do. You keep your bird in the freezer and make sure it's kept in ziplocs or hefty bags, whatever fully encases your bird to that freezer burn doesn't affect anything. Please do not be the person who puts birds in nylons, those wreck them! Same for tightly applied vacuum seal, keep it loose! Then you call me up November 1st. No wait lists here.

Plug and play system with detachable wings. This is the required way to ship flying geese and its great! However detachable wings do not operate well if the wings are broken! Gotta have a full humerus intact both sides.

How detachable wings work. Also if you have a bird here that's shipped back as a flying mount you will almost always have a few ruffed edges to the wing feathers. I am not liable for shipping damages and to fix ruffed flight feathers, you gently groom them back with a damp paper towel with laquer thinner and then dry the fathers with a hair dryer. Understand that shipping birds has its hazards and I do my best to suppress them on my end. Otherwise it's on the carrier. Shipping issues are way less likely to happen on standing birds but the risk is always there.
