Hello everyone! I’ve just come back from my vacation in Mexico! I did not have any cell service during my journey so if I have missed any calls or texts from you, please call or text me tomorrow 8-5 and I will get you scheduled!

I’m excited to get back to the shop, I have missed you all!

ATTENTION

My Prepayment policy has been in place since I opened 4 years ago, but I have been too lenient. Effective immediately, my policy will be strongly enforced.

All no call no show appointments will be denied of rescheduling unless you prepay for your appointment. Forgetting your appointment is not an acceptable reason. I hand out appointment cards in person when you schedule an appointment. If you schedule an appointment over the phone it is your responsibility to write a reminder on your calendar.
*emergencies or important matters of course are an acceptable reason to miss your appointment*
I will not take Venmo or any type of mobile payment.
I have realized that if people cannot show up to pre-pay for their appointment, they will most likely not show up at all.

ALL prepaid appointments are non refundable.

I have been patient and very understanding, but I am not very happy about my time being wasted continuously. This is how I pay my bills, this is not a hobby. This policy will be permanent and non negotiable.

Ms Midnight is a 8 month old puppy, this is her 3rd groom today. Most puppies are terrified of the blow dryer but in her case she’s a pro! Starting a puppy young with the right groomer who is understanding, caring, and patient with your dog, sets your dog up for success! Midnight doesn’t mind the grooming process and seems pretty happy to get a spa day! ❤️🐾
