We would like to take a moment to thank everyone who is reaching out to get on schedule. Due to the already high demand of appointments and limited space on schedule, we will not be accepting any new clients at this time.

For current Zen Dog Family clients, I would strongly suggest if you have not already, please set up a schedule for your pets at our next appointment. We are booking about 4 weeks out for open appointments all year long, with a schedule set up you will be ensuring an appointment that fits your and your pet's schedule.
I have a strong feeling this year's holiday season will book up extremely early. We want to make sure we can see everyone! Please help me make sure we can! :)

If you are not a current client and would like to be added to our waitlist in the event that a space in your area becomes available please contact us with your information (name, contact info, address, dog breed and age). If space in your neighborhood becomes available we will reach out to inquire with you.

Due to changes in recent business rules from the state, I am SO HAPPY to announce that Zen Dog will officially be reopening this week!

I have reached out to many of you today, and will reach out to the rest who have had appointments be canceled to get you on the schedule as soon as possible. Because of this, I will be making appointments for all current Zen Dog clients first, new clients will not be accepted until after May 15th and that will be on a limited basis. This ensures our current clients an appointment and helps me be able to keep things safer for everyone involved.

We will still be following the protocol previously mentioned. We will meet you outside and not be coming into anyone's home, all leashes and collars will need to stay with you, I will send a link to pay online for the appointment, no one allowed in or near the bus during appointment. I am scheduling extra time during my day to thoroughly clean everything between appointments and will have fresh gloves for every appointment to prevent cross contamination. This may result in running slightly early or late to appointments, please allow 15 minutes before and after appointment time for my arrival as I am doing everything in my power to maintain a safe space for all involved!

Thank you again to all of our Zen Dog clients. You have been so gracious and thoughtful during this unprecedented time. Your loyalty and kindness has been overwhelming. I cannot wait to see everyone again! ❀🐾

We are now accepting prepaid appointments and gift certificates for current clients.

If you purchase a gift card ($10-$300) or prepay for your next appointment, Zen Dog will donate a portion of those sales to help our local animal shelters by providing either food donations or a cash donation depending on their current needs. The local grooming community would like to thank you for your unending support during this time. We stand together to . If you need tips or lessons on proper at home care during this time please reach out and we will supply you with instructions, videos or videochats to explain proper brushing and combing techniques. Please do not shop around to groomers who are open during this time, I know it can be tempting. They are doing a disservice to the community and are putting you and all their clients at risk. We will all be here for our wonderful clients, and as soon as we are able to we will be loving on your pups again. They are missed so much!

It is with a very heavy heart that Zen Dog Mobile Pet Spa will be closed as soon as the law goes into effect. I still have some research to do today to see when I will be able to work until. As our governor just gave his speech and our new Stay In Place laws go into effect we will be doing our part and staying at home to help prevent further spread in our community. Although our services are essential to us and your pets, grooming is not considered an essential business at this time. I promise I will be here for you to support or any questions you have about maintenance grooming at home before your next appointment. Every states laws about what is essential have been differing. If we get word that grooming will be considered essential, we will re-evaluate our decision and decide if we can safely reopen or not. We will contact every one of our clients with appointments scheduled in the days to come as soon as we get word when this takes effect officially.

As always, my Zen Dog family is in my heart and I hope that you do what you can to stay safe. Thank you to all of our clients who are working essential jobs right now that are helping the world continue to spin.

Message regarding Covid-19 virus. At this time Zen Dog Mobile Pet Spa IS back to work after our flu dilemma. I have been symptom free since Sunday evening aside from the sniffles. To be extra cautious during this time we have made some changes to our handling and payment processing. Moving forward, any clients who have been in contact with someone or have been personally exposed to the virus will need to reschedule. We will be waiving reschedule fees as long as this is communicated before we arrive at the home. No dogs who have been in contact with a person suspected of carrying the virus will be seen at this time. All leashes and collars must be removed before entering our bus by the Pet owner. I have special slip leads that are being disinfected between every client that will go on your pet to bring them out to the bus. No clients will be aloud to enter the bus under any circumstances at this time, which may mean aggressive dogs will be rescheduled. I will not be going inside anyone's homes so please have your pups ready. When I come, I will plug in myself so you do not have to touch my cord and risk getting any germs transferred to me or from me to you. For payment: all cash or check payments must be sealed in a ziplock bag where I will then disinfect. No credit card payments will be made at this time through our normal credit card swipe method. If you wish to pay via card *we recommend highly* I will TEXT you a link to pay online which I will text you as soon as we get inside the bus to start services. All payments need to be made before we leave, you can still tip on the website and even save your card for future transactions if you see fit. This will help us prevent the spread as much as is possible for us! All items inside our bus will be disinfected between clients to prevent any possible spread. If this is a problem for any clients we can absolutely reschedule after the time that these extra precautions will be necessary. As always, our top priority is the safety of you and your pets!

To all of our clients: I have been having to reschedule appointments for the last week due to being down with the Flu. This was a decision I did not take lightly. As always, my primary concern is for the safety of my clients, human and pup. I do not feel it wise to subject any clients to this illness. We have been contacting everyone on a day by day basis to notify of the possible rescheduling. Once I am out of the woods and no longer contagious I will reach out to everyone who has been postponed to get your appointments rescheduled. At this time Zen Dog will not be accepting any new clients to ensure I have the availability to meet everyone's needs. Thank you to all of my amazing Zen Dog Family for being so gracious and courteous during this time!
