4am UPDATE: We still have power and are still open until 8am for any emergency needs!

With the scheduled power outage in Elizabeth City tonight, ECAE will do our best to remain present for our community. However, please note that we may need to shut down services for a few hours during the disruption. We appreciate your understanding and will resume operations as soon as possible.
