As a trainer, I have educated myself on vast amount literature related to canines as well as immersed myself in one on one personal experiences. I have studied their health, their individual character traits, their personalities, their behaviors (positive and negative ), their abilities, their inabilities and most importantly how they communicate. Communication is key in all relationships. It is crucial to understand that dogs are dogs. Dogs have specific dog behaviors and instincts. They sense danger. They smell negative energy and can sense/smell things we may not understand. They will communicate with each other & us if we are willing to pay close attention. They will protect their own (including their humans that they have bonded with) and they will be silly and explore. Not every injury is life threatening. Some truly occur from fun exploratory adventures.
Also, it is imperative not to make assumptions about one dog’s health. We must use our common sense and true evidentiary facts at hand.
Age, living conditions, how we care for them, and environmental factors all play a role in your pet’s overall health. It’s important to take all of that into consideration when evaluating your pet’s health. ❤️
And be willing to understand. 😊
