Showing western horses throughout his youth, William made his way to Texas Tech University and was a member of the National Champion Ranch Horse Team. After graduating with an Animal Science degree, Adam spent the next several years training horses and as the marketing director for a large horse fa
rm in Central Texas. During that time, Adam began to trade used saddles and tack for his personal use and fun. After filling up the office, spare bedroom, and garage with saddles and tack, Western Saddle House was officially in business in 2014. In the beginning, Western Saddle House was well-known for being a great place to shop for high-end used saddles and tack with a great reputation for honesty and great quality at a fair price. After building a large online presence and following, William and longtime friend and horseman, Andersen, hit the road with a small trailer loaded with quality western gear. With a passion and excitement for the western industry and helping people find better gear, William and Anderson spent most weekends on the road at horse shows or traveling to customers to help them fit horses and find the right saddle. After several years of retailing high-end new and used saddles, Saddle House Custom Saddles came to fruition. Every saddle is handmade in Texas from the finest materials and endorsed by some of the best professionals in the business. Specializing in cow horse, cutting, reining, and barrel racing saddles, our small team in the saddle shop is second to none. Quality and consistency are paramount and attention to detail is key. Every saddle is personally finished and inspected by William before leaving the shop. Today, Western Saddle House is known around the world for quality western gear. The team has spent years putting together one of the best collections of handmade western tack available for purchase in one place. The saddles are selling off the rack faster than they can be made and spots for custom orders stay full. You can still find us on the road at most major cow horse and ranch horse events. The team has expanded. With William spending more time with his wife and two kids or in the shop, Andersen runs the show on the road. Corn is the newest team member and works in the sales department.
