This is Cody. He is 15 years old.
He was such a good boy and got a bath, his nails trims and a scissor cut. He was matted which can happen to all our dogs. No shame to anyone, it’s hard to keep them from doing that. Instead of shaving him down I opted to take the extra time to scissor cut him.
He was tired when he got home and went straight to bed.

Update: Sparkles got her teeth cleaned at Rogersville animal hospital today, she is staying the night and will come home...

Sparkles got her teeth cleaned at Rogersville animal hospital today, she is staying the night and will come home tomorrow. If you or anyone you know would like to adopt this sweet girl please contact me at 423-300-3030. She stays inside and is crate and potty trained, gets along with 5 other dogs and 3 cats and has a beautiful personality.
Sparkles is located in Rogersville Tennessee and is available for adoption! I’ve had her a week now and she has no behavior issues.

I picked up a couple of unwanted dogs from a girl that said “they had to go” that they were homeless and didn’t want them anymore.
Their names are Sparkle, the little brown poodle mix and Spot. I bet you can guess which one he is. They’re both small dogs.
Spot has fleas and sparkle has overgrown nails, diareah a uti (I think) and the most ghastly teeth. Yes those black things in the back of her mouth are teeth. The poor thing.
I’m going to take them to the vet and find them good homes.
If anyone feels like helping me with the cost of getting her teeth cleaned I would appreciate it so much.
I usually clean my dogs teeth myself but I am afraid to do Sparkles teeth for fear they would just fall out.
