Meet Tater! 💛🐾
Tater is a 1.5-year-old, 11 lb Chihuahua mix with a big heart packed into a small body. He is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loves being held or carried ~ he’s a true cuddle bug!

Tater does great with other dogs and people, walks well on leash, and enjoys going on adventures with his humans. He’s treat-motivated, eager to please, and easy to handle, making him a wonderful companion both at home and out and about.

Meet Rosa! 💜🐾
Rosa is an almost 2-year-old, 60 lb Pyrenees mix who came to us from an overcrowded shelter in CA and is ready for a fresh start!

True to her Pyrenees roots, Rosa is sweet, gentle, and a bit in her own world at times. She enjoys going on walks and adventures with her people, walks well on leash, and is treat-motivated. She has a gorgeous, big fluffy coat with striking silver along her back that makes her stand out just as much as her calm presence.

Rosa is currently dealing with some leash reactivity, which we believe is largely due to stress from the kennel environment. She will need slow, thoughtful introductions to other dogs, time to decompress, and a consistent routine to help her feel safe and settled. A home with a yard and a quieter, more predictable lifestyle would be ideal for her. She would also do best in a home without cats and could potentially do okay with dog-savvy children 12+.

With patience, structure, and a calm environment, Rosa has all the makings of a wonderful, loyal companion. She’s looking for a home that understands her needs and will give her the peaceful life she deserves.

Meet Randy — A Sweet Senior Looking for a Cozy Home

Randy is a precious 14-year-old, 12 lb Mini Poodle/Maltese mix who came to us after his elderly owner could no longer care for him. This transition has been big for him, but his loving spirit shines through—he is truly sweet as can be.

Randy is used to having someone home with him most of the time, and he would thrive in a quiet, low-key home where he can enjoy companionship, comfort, and plenty of cuddles. He gets along well with other dogs but would also be perfectly content as an only dog, soaking up all the love for himself.

This gentle boy is hoping for a cozy foster or forever home where he can enjoy his golden years surrounded by kindness and care. He will need regular grooming to keep him comfortable and looking his best.

As our community continues to grow, we wanted to share a quick reminder to help us respond to applicants more efficiently and communicate more clearly with everyone.

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, please submit an application through our website. We kindly ask that you do not DM or email us to ask if a dog is available. Due to our small, volunteer-run team, we are unable to keep up with direct messages and emails, and submitting an application is required in order to be considered for any dog.

Before applying, please take the time to thoroughly read the dog’s bio. We include important details about each dog’s needs, personality, and requirements. Unfortunately, we often receive applications that directly conflict with clearly stated needs (for example, applying for a dog that cannot live with cats when there are cats in the home). Applications that are automatically reviewed as not a match due to bios not being reviewed in advance can delay our response to strong, well-aligned applications.

We truly appreciate families taking the time to read bios carefully and submit applications online. As our community grows faster than our team, your understanding and support mean the world to us. Thank you for helping us help our dogs find the best possible homes! 🐾

Chaos is a happy, bouncy goofball who loves to “box” with his paws and pop up when he’s excited. He’s strong, muscular, and energetic, but still a very manageable medium-sized dog. While he may fill out just a bit more, he’s mostly full-grown and ready to start his next chapter!

This boy is incredibly sweet, loving, and charming. He adores people, has done great with other dogs, and is an absolute blast to be around. Chaos is treat-motivated, eager to engage, and would thrive in a home that enjoys adventure, playtime, and continuing his training.

This 2-year-old, 12 lb bundle of energy is full of personality and ready to find his forever family! Murray is spunky, playful, and always up for a good time. He loves to run, jump, and explore—and he’ll keep you smiling with his joyful zest for life. He will need an active adopter to keep up with his boundless energy. He does great with leash walking and car rides, making him the perfect adventure buddy.

Murray gets along great with other dogs and has a very friendly nature. We are looking for a home with another young playful dog in it for him, a fully fenced backyard where he can run and play, and no cats.

He’ll benefit from some basic obedience training to help channel his excitement, but his sweet personality makes him a fun and rewarding companion. He will chase cats, so he would do best in a home without cats.

He appears to be house trained and does well with grooming which he will need periodically.

Sprout is a 4-year-old, 20 lb Dachshund/Spaniel mix with the sweetest personality and the most lovable little quirks. He’s an incredibly loving, gentle boy who loves belly rubs and will happily roll onto his back to ask for them!

Sprout came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter in CA and can be a bit shy at first, but once he warms up, his affectionate and playful side shines. He does well with other dogs and enjoys having canine friends to play with ~ though he can be a tiny bit bossy at times. He walks well on leash and loves going on walks and outings with his people.

With his soft black coat and an adorable white “sock” on one front paws, Sprout is as cute as he is sweet! He would love a home that will take him on adventures, give him plenty of playtime, and most importantly ~ shower him with snuggles.

Gator is a sweet, goofy, spunky boy with a forever-puppy face and the sweetest brown eyes. He’s smart, treat-motivated, loves to learn, does great with other dogs, and enjoys having canine friends to play with. His medium size makes him a very manageable, easy companion for many types of homes as well!

Gator would thrive in a home with another dog to play with, but he could also do well as an only dog as long as his adopters keep him well-socialized with regular doggy playdates. He’s affectionate, fun-loving, and just an all-around very good boy who’s ready to be someone’s best friend!

Zeke is a truly wonderful boy with a great demeanor. He’s very friendly with people, loving with his humans, and has done well with other dogs in our care. He walks well on leash and clearly shows signs of having lived in a home before — this smart guy already knows sit, down, shake, roll over, and spin! He is very treat-motivated, eager to learn, and wants nothing more than to please his handler, making him a joy to work with!

Zeke enjoys staying active and would love a home that includes him in walks, playtime, and adventures. He loves to play ball and would thrive with a family that enjoys getting out and about. After a day of activity, he’s just as happy to settle in for a cozy night with his people. Once bonded, Zeke is incredibly affectionate and will be a loyal, devoted companion!

Kartana is playful, silly, and loves romping around with other dogs. She would thrive in a home with another dog to be her full-time playmate and companion. When she’s not playing, she’s all about the cuddles—she loves being held, rolling onto her back for belly rubs, and soaking up affection from her people.

She’s treat-motivated, a little stubborn in classic Pekingese fashion, and always entertaining. Kartana is still gaining confidence on leash and will need adopters who are patient and encouraging as she continues to build her walking skills and confidence.
