Growing Rabbitry from New Zealands to Lops

10/28/2026

If youre in the Edinburg area, we will be handing out candy & have a couple of bunnies to pet 💕
We will NOT have any for sale- these are for petting only.
Halloween Night- Saturday
2300 River Dr Edinburg Tx 78539
We will be at the end of the road. Starting at 6pm 💕
As a family of autistic children, we understand the importance that some kiddos may not like the chaos of many people or wearing costumes. Our neighborhood is quiet and if they aren't wanting to be there for a treat- we will have our bunnies out to provide some quiet interaction 🐇
We will have candy, balloons and chips while supplies last 🙌❤️🐰

Ramping things up with doing maintenance 💕🐇

It's been a minute. Today I was cleaning cages and recorded this silly boy.
Hoping to get the breedinf program up and going. Started with my OG doe today with it being a beautiful cloudy day. 80 degree weather... our cold front. 😅
And yes... Clyde will be apart of our breeding program 💕🐇 very sweet personality. Not scared. Not aggressive. Small size. All the ladies are bigger than all my boys 😅

☀️ We've had such a busy (and wonderful!) summer here at Melody's Rabbitry!
Between community events, meeting so many amazing families, and sharing the joy that rabbits bring, our bunnies have definitely kept us busy. 🐇💕
Every summer, we intentionally pause our breeding program during the hottest months. In South Texas, the heat can be hard on rabbits, and their health, comfort, and well-being will always come first.
The good news? Our breeding program will be starting back up soon! If all goes as planned, we'll have adorable, well-socialized babies ready just in time for the holiday season. 🎄✨
Thank you for supporting our small rabbitry and understanding why we choose to give our rabbits the break they deserve. We can't wait to share this next chapter with you!
❤️ Follow along so you don't miss litter announcements, bunny updates, and upcoming events!
