The barrel race is over, and the arena is open for the rest of the weekend! 🤍

Huge thank you to Redstone Horse Company for putting on their first barrel race at Diamond H today. I would say they did a darn good job, and the day went very smoothly!

People don’t always realize how much work goes into putting on a barrel race. There are so many moving pieces behind the scenes, and we’re thankful for the time and effort it takes to create a fun day for everyone to enjoy.

Honestly, it was kind of nice to sit on the sidelines for a change, visit with everyone, cheer on riders, and just enjoy getting to spend the day alongside my own little barrel racer. 🐴💕

Indoor arena is open again for riding! We did till it up before putting flakes down last night so it is possible we will need to reapply again sooner rather than later but hopefully by that time we will be riding outside ALL the time. 🌞

Sorry for the late notice! The indoor arena will be closed beginning at 8:00 tonight for dust control and will likely remain closed until tomorrow night. We’ll be sure to update everyone as soon as it’s ready for use again.

Good news though… the outdoor arena is looking beautiful and is ready to go, so it will still be available for use! ☀️🐎

Meet Sadie 💛

Sadie is our newest lesson instructor at Diamond H, and we’re excited to have her join our team!

She brings a passion for horses and a positive approach to working with riders of all levels.

Meet Jackie 💛

Jackie is one of our lesson instructors here at Diamond H and has been a great part of our program since joining us in August of 2024.

She is currently finishing up her junior year at SWC, where she plays volleyball and softball. And of course, Jackie loves barrel racing with her horse, Chrome 🐎

Jackie brings a great attitude, patience, and a positive approach to working with riders of all levels.

We’re lucky to have her!
