McFarland Quarter Horses along with Tyler Pieper and Heidi Pieper are excited to introduce you to Stickemm Up, she is a 2 year old filly out of the legend himself Playgun and out of a mare by the great Doc’s Hickory. We have big plans for this young lady some of which include a future in Roping and an ICSI Breeding to a big time stud this Spring (details coming soon) !! Big thanks to Call Livestock Hauling for getting her home safe!

Things are starting to come together here at McFarland Quarter horses. Tyler Pieper and I decided to see if Dolly would give us a few embryos this fall to jump start breeding season next spring! Well thanks to Ashlee Tien at Tien Quarter Horses we have our first ever embryo in the tank! It’s been a learning experience and Ashley has been very patient with me and all of my questions and I appreciate that greatly! We are super excited for this cross!

Well the kids are growing up and about ready to wean. If anyone is interested in owning one of Boon’s babies please let me know. They are all turning out very nice and we are very excited for their futures. Boon is a world qualifier in amateur healing and has his ROM! We plan to continue to show him and take him to some futurities to start getting an LTE on him.

Boon and Toby were in the winning circle again today! Bringing home the top spot in the first show of the day. They added 3 points to their show record officially earning their Performance ROM. Congrats to both of them! Good work Toby Mickelson!
