Good morning! These last several weeks I have been doing a lot of thinking and I have been bouncing around the idea of going back to work full time and not continuing on with my business. This year has been so very stressful financially due to customers either not booking or cancelling last minute, which means I am out money. This is a very difficult decision for me and I have not decided anything yet. But, I did want to put this out there for my customers so it doesn’t come as a complete surprise.

I will be starting to look at what jobs might be available to me and see if it is something that I want to persue. I love what I do and I try to be there as much as possible for my customers but this year has been the slowest so far and it has been very difficult.

I hope everyone understands this and I hate it may come to this. Thank you all for your continued business and support. 💜

Cancellation Policy Reminder

If you cancel visits within a week of your booking beginning, I ask for 50% of the total bill still. This is due to not being able to book with someone else last minute for your reserved spots.

All deposits to reserve your spots are non-refundable.

***Attention*** New policy regarding securing dates with me going into effect immediately (3/28/25)

If you wish to reserve dates with me for pet sitting, I am now requiring a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 25% of your total bill to secure your dates. This deposit will be required up front before I reserve these dates. The remaining 50% deposit will be due two weeks before travel and the remainder of the amount is due before you leave.

If there are hardships, just communicate with me and we can figure something out but the initial reservation deposit is mandatory.

I love all of my customers and want to be as available as possible for them and this new policy will allow me to help those that need me. 💜😻🐶
