What a cozy morning! 🐹📖✨
We had such a wonderful time visiting The Workshop for their Story & Craft to time! Our guinea pigs soaked up all the snuggles, and it was heart-warming to see so many happy faces enjoying a cozy morning of creativity, kindness, and cuddles. 💕

A huge thank-you to The Workshop team for inviting us, and to ASD Countdown to Kindergarten / Play to Learn Playgroups for making the morning so fun and engaging for families.

And of course — thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet our piggies and share a smile. 🥰
It was the perfect reminder of why we do what we do — spreading joy, one little squeak at a time! 🐾

💙We are officially opening a pop up shelter in order to help with the large influx of displaced pets coming to Anchorage from the West Coast Storms. This means we are in need of extra supplies in order to provide the proper care to the animals coming in.

💚The main items the community could help supply us with at this moment would be Blankets/towels and Dry Dog Food. All donation would help make a huge impact on the lives of these pets; so if you are looking for a way to support your Alaskan community this is the perfect time to do it.

🚨 Fosters Urgently Needed! 🐹

We have 8 guinea pigs waiting to come into rescue, but we’re currently at max capacity — meaning we can’t take them in until foster homes open up. 💔

Fostering gives these little ones a safe place to land while they wait for their forever homes.
We’ll help with the initial setup and guidance — you provide the daily care, food, and love. 💖

Lilly flew all the way from Dutch Habor to find her fur-ever home. Thank you to Unalaska’s Public Safety team, Rachel, and Ace Air Cargo for helping her reach us! Lily will be available for adoption as soon as she puts some weight on and is treated for mites. ACE Air Cargo treated her like a princess! 🥰

It’s hard to believe our Adoption Critterween event was just 4 days ago! What an amazing day at The Workshop — we’re still smiling from all the fun and furry faces! 💛

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to meet adoptable animals and support local rescues. We loved having Forget Me Not Ferret Rescue and Bird Treatment & Learning Center join us — and how cute were the two puppies The Workshop had available for adoption?! 🐶💚

Events like this remind us how incredible our animal-loving community is. Thank you for helping us make the day so special (and so full of squeaks, chirps, and tail wags)! 🧡
