It was seeing our sorting family come together to support the Michelle-O-Gram.

Built on a love of the Western lifestyle, a little creativity, and a whole lot of grit.
LBR Hat Company was born from the idea that sometimes the best businesses start with a simple passion and a desire to do something a little different.
Husband-and-wife team Shannon and Andy wanted a creative outlet that reflected their love of the Western way of life and gave them the opportunity to build something of their own. Living in their corner of Florida, they noticed something missing: there really wasn't anyone nearby specializing in shaping and restoring cowboy hats. They saw an opportunity to bring that tradition back to their own backyard, and LBR Hat Company was born.
Andy, a proud United States Marine Corps veteran, has always believed in hard work, dedication, and giving back to the next generation. He stays involved in his community by supporting 4-H and youth rodeo, and he enjoys competitive sorting. His Western roots and appreciation for the cowboy lifestyle are a natural fit for the craftsmanship behind LBR Hat Company.
Shannon brings nearly 18 years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending. With an entrepreneurial spirit and an eye for detail, she shares Andy's passion for creating something meaningful that combines creativity, quality, and a personal touch.
At LBR Hat Company, we believe a cowboy hat should be more than just something you wear. It should reflect your personality, your lifestyle, and your story. Whether it's a custom-fitted hat, a fresh new shape, or restoring a well-loved favorite, our goal is to help every customer find a hat that feels like it was made just for them.

💕 A little friendly competition, a whole lot of girl power, and an even bigger reason to come together!

Our Ladies-Only Sort on Friday, October 16th, was a great way to kick off a weekend dedicated to Breast Cancer Awareness. 💗

We loved seeing these ladies come together, support one another, and enjoy a night in the sorting pen!
