Students planning on SHOWING this year!! Please help me plan our summer and sign up for your favorite shows by the end of this month (March).. At which point I will be removing all shows from our calendar with only 1 or no people signed up. And just a friendly reminder we will only be going to shows with 3 or more riders signed up.

The days are getting longer!!! Spring will be here before we know it!! Looking forward to warm evenings, sweet spring air, blooming flowers, beautiful sunshine, and the sound of hoof beats on the snow-less trails 😍 kudos to all the riders sticking out the cold this winter and working their butts off to become better riders for the upcoming fun season! 🥳

The last two days we have been learning all about the heart ❤️ of a horse! Pulse finding, heart listening, bpm measuring, and all the important information that comes with it. Such a fun week it’s been so far!! 🤩

UNMOUNTED lessons today and tomorrow (Monday and Tuesday). With the low temps and high winds expected tonight and tomorrow, we will be holding unmounted lessons to protect lungs and fingers 🥶. Bring your bingo cards if you’d like to keep playing!

A dream has come true!! Boo is officially a part of our family! I would never in a million years think something like this would happen, but God is amazing and His timing is always perfect! Boo and I were connected years ago and he is why I was attracted Denali in the first place, I LOVE this horse. Truly a gift from the Lord, and I can’t wait to share this blessing of a horse with our students ♥️ I hope and pray the Lord continues this story of Boo to use for His glory!

We had a fun week of unmounted lessons in the warm tack room playing KPP Winter BINGO! We have had 3 winners so far:
Anjali won a lead rope
Riley won a curry comb
Liz won a medium brush
There are still several prizes to be won so don’t forget to bring your BINGO cards next week too!

Our first unmounted make up day last month was fun filled learning about why and how to properly apply standing wraps to a horse’s leg! Human models to start learning the technique with so we formed teams of two and wrapped away. I was very impressed with the wrapping skills of these girls 🤩
