The Tidy Mare has been busy today. We’ve cataloged blankets so we know what needs to be done and we’ve got several soaking so that we can scrub the mud and manure off but hey, that’s all part of the game.

Is your horse's blanket still keeping the rain out??? Here's an easy way to check!

Lay the blanket flat and sprinkle or spray a little water on the outside. If the water beads up and rolls off, you're good to go! If the fabric absorbs the water or darkens right away, it's time for a fresh waterproofing treatment.
