Doghouse Photographers "...to really enjoy a dog, one doesn't merely try to train him to be semihuman. The point of it is to open oneself to the possibility of becoming part dog.

Doghouse Photographers is an offshoot of our main photography company, Jeff Reeder Photography and Arthouse Senior Photographers. After photographing humans primarily for many years, we thought it'd be fun to focus on dogs (and other pets), too.

Super fun day yesterday shooting all of the different dogs and their owners in fancy hats for the first annual Strut Your Mutt event to hosted by Roxy Reading Therapy Dogs to raise money for their organization. More photos to come...

Does anyone out there have a therapy dog that works at either Abington or Doylestown Hospital? I found out the Dtown program is through the Delta Society/Pet Partners, but they don't have any training sessions scheduled for the upcoming 12 months. I did email a contact about Abington's program. I am hoping Tsuki will qualify to be a therapy dog because i think she'd bring a great amount of joy to hospital patients.
