Hey all! It’s been way too long since I’ve posted on this page. Life has been so hectic and busy.

I’ve got a few animals looking for new herds, this one, a FF doe in milk (polled and blue eyed) and potentially both her kids (one doeling and one buckling, both blue eyed)

I believe she would make an excellent showmanship doe, she is incredibly easy to handle and leads better than my dog. She’s doing well on the milk stand and is an excellent mother. The udder picture was from today about 14 hours filled.

We have a polled doe (FF) who kidded on April 1 and her polled daughter available. They can go as a pair anytime. Both are incredibly friendly. The doe would be a fantastic 4h animal as she leads really well and is easy to handle. She was bottle fed. Her udder is extremely well attached and balanced.

Well well Miss Cocoa. That’ll do 😍💜 3 pounds of milk

Now this was a 15 hour fill, away from her 3 doelings 😊

The word favorite comes to mind. I absolutely love milking this sweet girl and she is the most productive Nigerian in my herd to date.

These are some really special girls and I am already struggling with letting them go.
Some of them could be bred before leaving for an additional service charge.

Pictured is Zephyr. She’s a 2 year old first freshener due today. She will likely be available after kidding and will be a fantastic 4h project in milk. She leads and handles so well! A true gem 💎

Available doe kid 💜 born 3/14/25 partially bottle raised. Super sweet and lovey. Probably could actually leave on a bottle now. She does really well and prefers to take a bottle rather than wait in line to nurse from mom.

Cocoas girlies are all growing so well 💜 they are all reserved or retained.

I’m thrilled to say that the flashy girl with all the white will be going to a 4H family in a neighboring county to be shown. I am so excited to watch her and her new people show! ♥️

Another great kidding experience tonight.

Emmy kidded, and from first big push to second (last) kid being born it was 10 minutes. She’s a boss! AND twin does at that! Annnnnd before dinner!

These kids are exciting for me for a few reasons:

First homebred to homebred breeding
Linebred on their sire line
I loooove Emmy’s udder, and W***y’s dam is my favorite doe to milk. So I’m hoping these two will be some really good milking does.

Whew! Gotta love a perfect kidding experience. Sneaky hollered at me all day letting me know that she was up to something. She is NEVER vocal, so this stands out in a big way for her.
She started looking labor-ish around 8 pm. Nothing serious just some nesting and general restlessness. I decided to bake cookies to occupy myself until the time came because I knew it would be rather soon.

She laid down and looked to be pushing a bit, so I got my clothes changed quickly and made my way to the barn. She turned to look at me and broke a water bag and we were on our way.

First push: 10:40 pm
First baby: 10:45 (black and white buck)
Second baby: 10:48 (buckskin doe minimal white)
Third baby: 10:56 (buckskin doe, lots of white)

No fuss, no muss. And all is well.

2 does and one buck for Miller Croft SO S Sneaky and Beatitudes The Candyman Can ♥️🥰 so happy with these kids so far and I can’t wait to see how they unfold.

One doe will be available, but I believe the buck and one doe will be retained. Sneaky is my favorite, in every way, so i tend to hog her doelings 😁😊

Next up is Emmy (Beatitudes Sparrow Song) and she is also bred to W***y (Beatitudes The Candyman Can) for what I hope will be a strong line breeding on their sire Alebar Z Butterfinger. 🤞🏻 she has a doe or two for me in there!
