We're very proud of how our boys did this wknd at Triple R bay pen. Laura's 14 month old pup Piper ran 3x in old & young. First run with Ryder wasn't the best for either dog & scored 9.5. His second run with Cletus was a 9.8. The 2 mistakes were small ones , but mistakes. His 3rd run with Carney was a perfect & on to the bay off. They had a perfect run going & around 3:30 of the 4 min round the hog broke & ran well if a hog runs Carney is going to stop it. He did his job but didn't let go so caught hog. That pair has made the bay offs at the last 3 shows they have ran together. Now to the 2 dog pro Cletus & Carney 9.8 then Carney & The old man Ryder made it to the bay off. They drew a very rough nasty hog. The old man Ryder got worked over good & Carney did to , after about 7 mistakes I called hog out at about 5 mins into the 6 min run. It was a tough call to know when to call it because the highest score at that point was a 9.5 & we were the 10th run. It was a great show & we got to see & spend time with our bay pen family.
