We have a new SCATT cat in the rescue! ❤️

Please meet Jack! This big, handsome boy, is about a year and a half old, manx. And when we say big we mean it! He weighs in at close to 16 pounds! He is a sweet boy, but prefers to be an inside/outside cat.

He would be best as an only cat, because he can be territorial, and he doesn’t like to share his affection. 🥰

He enjoys coming in for food, and naps, and then likes to be back outside, ruling his land!

If you think you can give this big boy a home, please PM us and we can give you more info.

Please share too, so we can get Jack into his new home.

We have two stunning cats that we wanted to share today!

Not to be cheesy, but please meet Mozzarella and Queso! 😂😂😂

These two boys are very sweet, but may need a little extra time to get to know them. Although they do not have to be adopted as a pair, we would love to see them go to a home together.

If you’re interested in meeting these two boys, they are currently available for adoption in cage six at PetSmart.

Good morning!

Kitten season is in full swing already. 😳😳

We are getting so many requests for help, but we have extremely limited spaces available. Kittens in our rescue are placed in foster homes, and those fill up fast, and they are not open again for a month or more.

This is all to say, if you message us, you will likely get a reply that we are full. We will of course make some recommendations, but other rescues are in the same position.

We are always looking for kitten fosters, so if you are interested, please, do reach out to us. We will be happy to explain our program to you.
We are also looking for volunteers to clean the cat cages at PetSmart, one day a week.

Adopted!

We have two new cats that we’d like to share, in hopes of finding them a home.
These two kitties came to us from a situation of possible domestic violence. Their previous owner had to make a decision quickly, and unexpectedly, and we assured her that these cats would be taken care of, and placed in a loving home! We’re not able to discuss any more details about this situation.
If you can open your home to these two kitties, please send us a PM, with your contact number, and our cat coordinator will reach out to you to discuss this. These two must stay together, and will likely need some time to adjust, so a patient new home will be needed.

We wanted to share a new kitten that came into the rescue yesterday.
This boy was rescued by a good samaritan right after the storm came through her neighborhood. She said it was like “he fell from the sky, like the Wizard of Oz”!
Oh, and he has quite a set of lungs and has no problem telling his new foster mom just what he thinks!
So, his name shall be Ozzy! ❤️❤️

He is still in a bit rough shape, but getting lots of love and care in his foster home!

One of the amazing managers at PetSmart sent us this video of Tom-Tom, enjoying some attention and belly rubs! Apparently he is also very happy getting treats from them!
Tom-Tom is a bit shy at first, but as you can see in this video, he warms up and adores getting attention!
If you would like to meet and adopt him, he is currently at PetSmart in Cajun number three.

Bruno is still looking for his forever home.
Unfortunately, his adopter was unable to adopt him at this time.

We are sad of course, but this means his forever family is still out there.
He is a super sweet and loving kitten. He gets so excited, he will drool!
He is great with other cats and has been around a small, gentle dog.

He will be at PetSmart this Saturday. ❤️❤️

Nakita is full of himself, and has no problem giving you the look of his displeasure!
We were told by his previous owner, that he does indeed have some Russian Blue in him, which explains why he thinks of himself so highly! 😂😂
You must be willing to pass his sniff test before he will allow you to pet him, and then he will throw his ears back and glare at you. But its all a show, because he then demands that you pet him more! He will even snack while you’re petting him!
He would definitely be best as an only pet, and definitely no small kids.
If you want a cat that thinks is royalty and wants to be treated as such, this is your boy!
You can meet him at PetSmart in cage #6.
