Good morning!!

It’s a blustery, miserable day, but we have some great snuggly kitties to make it better!

We have put 4 more of the American Curl cats in PetSmart this morning. ❤️❤️

When we had them checked by one of our vets, we found that a few have heart murmurs. Our vet stressed that they can live long, happy lives, but as they get to be older, they may need more check-ups. Like us all!! 😂😂

The adoption paperwork has this noted, and we have reduced their adoption fees.

We have some other wonderful cats there as well!

Our sweet, big boy, Yoshi came back to us. Unfortunately, his new family found out they have a child with severe cat allergies.

This is one of our American Curl cats. He is unbelievably sweet, love to give hugs and kisses. Everyone that meets him, cant resist his charms!

Adopted!!

Our sweet Nova is still looking for his forever home. 🥰

He is our SCATT cat, because he has bouts of loose 💩, due to a defect in his colon. He has no problems with the litter box, does wonderful with other cats, and has a sweet little meow.

His adoption fee is sponsored! ❤️

We rarely get in breed specific cats but we recently had 5 American Curl cats come into our rescue! 😻

We are helping another rescue faced with a hoarding/breeding situation.

These are an absolutely wonderful breed of cat. They are all very affectionate, sweet, and love their people. ❤️ We would love for them to be in a home with an owner home most of the time.

They are great with other cats, and should adjust quickly to their new home. They range in age from 1-5yrs.

We will be putting them up for adoption as they are vetted, so only 1 at a time.

Our first girl ready for adoption is Doodle. 🥰🥰

She is quite the talker, and loves to be held and give kisses!

If you are interested in adopting her, or one of our others, when they are ready, please send us a PM and include a contact number. We will be doing phone interviews as soon as we can.

Please remember, we are trying to find special homes for these cats, they have had a rough life so far, and our focus is on them. ❤️❤️

Today’s feature kitty is Winter. This girl purrs all the time!! ❤️❤️❤️

She is 5mo old, ok w/ other cats, and loves to play!

Good Morning!

SCATT cat incoming!

You may recall from a previous post a kitten named Nova, who suffers from loose 💩!

Well, we finally have a diagnosis!!!

It seems he has a birth defect that has affected 1/2 his colon. This means it cannot absorb all the water needed to have firm poo. Unfortunately, this is not treatable.

So, what does this mean to you, an adopter? Not much really. He will just have times that his litter box will have loose poo or normal. It will be a surprise every day! 🤣🤣
He has no issue getting to his litter box, so that’s not a concern for an adopter.

He is otherwise very healthy, as our vet commented.

Now, personality wise, he is a bit of a nut.
He loves other cats, but acts skittish until he gets to know his people. He loves attention though, and will flip over on the floor.

Nova is aprox 6 mo, and ready to go to his new home!

Today we are featuring a cat that has been here a bit longer than the others.

Meet Queen B. ❤️❤️

She is a sweet, gentle, older kitty. She is easy going, loves attention, but is not demanding about it.
She would be a wonderful companion cat!!
