Chewy Banana & Egg Biscuits for Dogs
Ingredients
* 1 ripe banana, mashed
* 1 egg
* 1 cup oat flour
* 1/4 cup rolled oats
* 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for extra chewiness)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mash the banana. Add the egg and mix well.
3. Stir in oat flour, rolled oats, and coconut oil (if using) until a thick dough forms.
4. Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into bone shapes using a cookie cutter.
5. Place biscuits on the baking sheet and bake for 18โ20 minutes until lightly golden and soft in the center.
6. Let cool completely before serving.
Storage
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to 7 days. Freeze for up to 1 month.
