Mountain Munchkins

Meet Diamond + Brownie

Two tiny chihuahuas with big legs for adventure. They tagged along for the ride and I got to snap a few pictures of them. They weren’t big fans of the camera or sitting still, but we managed to get a couple of cute pictures.

I was amazed that one of them hiked up most of the mountain (guess who?) but ——> swipe to see how they made it back down lol

Luna at the Lake

I met Luna and her best friend .phelps2002 I heard all about their journey from shelter pup to adventure dog. I was truly touched by their story because it sounded like not only did they need each other, they found each other.

In a world of unknowns and “ghosts” these two girls know the value they have and give to each other. It also keeps showing that shelter dogs are capable, they are valuable, they are special. The bond you can create is one like no other.

Luna did great hiking up the mountain to the lake. She also jumped in the water, got to see many little creatures, and of course doing it all with her best friend.

Bentley is still looking for a home🏡

This gentle giant is 4 years old and believed to be a Newfoundland + Pyrenees mix.

Hours away from being euthanized, Bentley was saved by community demand. He’s a big guy with a bigger heart. Hoping to find a new family to love and trust.

He’s currently ~109 pounds. Has been to the vet multiple times. He had an ear infection that’s been treated and he’s been diagnosed with mild hip dysplasia. Even with dysplasia he can live a happy long life with the right diet and exercise.

Ideal home would be a person or family who is patient and loving. Who understands his breed and his medical background. A yard would be great! We have all info and estimates on what he would need.

Humans have failed him once, let’s not fail him again!❤️

❤️Nessie + Finn❤️

I got to take pictures of some of my favorite puppers, Irish Wolfhounds.

Nessie (Grey) + Finn (White) have been my dog sitting clients for over a year. I got to get to know them, their personalities, and traits.

Just like many big dogs they are gentle giants. Their size can make people wary, but nonetheless they are lovers not fighters.

I hope this picture shows a softer side to big dogs and inspires others to get to know large and giant breeds for who they are not what they look like.

Look at Mozart!

Mozart and his Momma came by for a short Vegas Golden Knights themed photoshoot.

Mozart did very very well. He’s well behaved and knows some tricks. When he’s not looking adorable he participates in multiple doggy events like Barn Hunts.

After taking a bigillion pictures Mozart decided to lay down and rest. But! Even resting he’s adorable.

So here’s Mozart after his photoshoot looking handsome and showing off his Ruffwear shoes👟
