Reeds Ranch and Rescue We are a 501 C 3, non-profit animal rescue. With open hearts and helping hands we rehabilitate animals, large and small, to find new forever homes.

Reeds Ranch & Rescue- or R3 for short is a small group of volunteers who work privately out of their homes, as space is adequate, to help animals in need in our local community. All donations received go directly back into the organization to help more animals.

Yesterday was a bittersweet day for us. We transferred our last adoptable doggie to Cache Humane Society, courtesy of the one and only Dog is My Copilot! We are tying up the final loose ends this week, and closing our doors.

We want to thank you all for the support over the last eight years, and for all the pet owners who strived to do better, thank you.

We want to encourage pet owners to be the best they can be…To do what you can, with what you have, and to provide your pets with the best care you can give them.

We are no longer able to intake any new dogs due to our schedules. We are still going to be proactive in our community with awareness and resources for sterilization, as well as general health and wellness for your pets.

We have been contacted to assist with a HUGE task in Gaines County. Well Over a dozen dogs need immediate placement due to a sudden change in the owners life. These are small to medium sized dogs. Mainly Pugs, but also some other small breed dogs including but not limited to, dauchsons.

I love this dog! He is perfect in every way. He is headed to Utah Thursday and I’m incredibly happy for him, but it’s hard to let them go. He came from Seagraves shelter in August of 2021!!

If you are not a reputable breeder, FIX YOUR PETS. (This means you have pedigreed proof of multiple generations and Your babies are not born in kennels or cages, but instead have clean welping rooms. This also means you have a business license.)

If you do not have a fenced in yard or secured kennel, FIX YOUR PETS.
(Your animals should be leashed to you or legally tethered when unattended.)

If you found your pet at the city shelter and saw the over population of animals, FIX YOUR PETS.

If you bought your pet from a breeder and didn’t purchase breeding rights, FIX YOUR PETS.

If you found a starving stray in the county and brought it home, FIX YOUR PETS.

If you are sick of stray animals at your city park, or outside your favorite store, FIX YOUR PETS.

If YOUR PET IS FIXED, help a friend or a neighbor see the bigger picture of fixing our pets.
