ANNOUNCEMENT

We will be going on hiatus. Hiatus is expected to end, with new mice listed, January 1st, 2026. There are a couple reasons for this. We will be moving in mid December and have a lot of preparations to do. Moving will be easier if we have less litters. Additionally, this gives us a great opportunity to screen and test our mice as we prepare for next year.

Here lately there has been a rise in scammers. This may become more common especially heading into the holiday season.

To spot an animal scammer, be wary of deals that seem too good to be true, especially those involving unrealistic prices or requests for gift cards or wire transfers. Scammers often use generic or stolen photos, avoid video calls or in-person meetings, and pressure buyers to act quickly.

Reputable breeders are transparent, provide detailed information, and are happy to answer questions and verify their legitimacy.

If a personal profile shares photos from us you recognize or are tagged "Western maryland mousery" please always feel free to screenshot the profile and message this page directly with that. I am more than happy to help verify the legitimacy of other accounts claiming to be tied to this one.

We have lots and lots and LOTS of litters growing out right now! These are snapshots from just a few; Our oldest litters right now.
We are not taking holds just yet, as we haven't decided 100% who we're keeping and who we're placing. However, if you're interested in getting mice in the next couple months, now is the time to reach out and get established so you can be notified when a mouse you may be interested in is ready to go home!

We do not have any new availability on mice for this refresh. HOWEVER, we do have lots of available adoptable mice! Let's help them find new homes! They are free to approved adopters. We have had quite a few boys adopted, but we still have more to go- and LOTS of females!

These mice come from a large surrender case, and are FREE to approved homes! You'll just need to reach out and submit an application.
We are always willing to work with third-party transport services! We are located in Denton, TX and willing to meet within most of DFW for the right homes!
