We had a kitty emergency this morning and I am so glad that Dr Franks and her team got us in. Our sweet Walley that was cut out from between the wall and freezer at Wallmans started vomiting white foamy goo….thats the technical term 😂. He seemed very pale and sad, he still had some energy but not his usual self. Apparently he ingested some litter so when the greedy little goblin started scarfing down his food it gave him tummy troubles. Could have turned into a blockage, definitely a blessing it didn’t. So we need to get newspaper litter for his group.

Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough right now. We had all 100 $10 spots filled in our fundraiser. Our Amazon dog list only has puppy pads left. The kitten list was longer as we are a rather new addition to the rescue but several items from it have arrived already. We can’t thank you all enough for all the love and support❤️

We are on an intake freeze. Today we get a call about a pregnant dog. She was covered in slimy ick and flies. How could we say no? She needed help and she needed it now. So…. meet Gia, she is looking like she’s due any day.
We are overloaded, we are tired, but we will not give up on the mission. We have too many depending on us so say a prayer for us because we are not ok. We see the worst of the worst this world has. We see the abused, neglected, abandoned on a daily basis. We have suffered some devastating losses but we have had some great successes too (like Andie). We need you to join with us in this fight.
We are moving mountains together!!

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has been shopping on Amazon today for the rescue. I am truly blown away with your kindness and support. I also wanted to thank Mary for purchasing a bunch of carriers from the auction at Dr Stauffers and Dennis and Janet Draper for purchasing the isolation kennels from there as well. It truly takes a village to be a successful rescue and our village is beyond amazing.
Erica and I spent a few hours cleaning everything up today.

Onyx and Coco desperately need someone to step up for them. They both tested heartworm positive and need lifesaving treatment immediately. Heartworms can NOT be transmitted in normal contact.
If they don’t get help we will have to euthanize them and they are both amazing dogs. This is truly weighing on Erica, she feels like she is failing them because she can’t get a foster to step up. Be their hero and ours

Funds are getting low as we move into the 2nd week of July. Help keep your local rescue team funded by donating today. We need you to help us help them. These are some of the faces your rescue dollars have and are helping. Please donate today, every donation big or small moves mountains. If all 1800 of our followers gave just $5 a month the daily running costs and routine vet care would be met. If everyone gave $10 a month we would be able to save for a building. Think of the possibilities at $20 a month!

You guys we’re have so many fur friends available!! Today I want to highlight Skit and Bit. This bonded pair of brothers are the perfect addition to any home. They are 2 years old, neutered, and ready to join your family. They have never been separated except the week it took to catch Bit after his brother was, they were both hiding and barely eating in that time so staying together is a must!! Plus side they will never be lonely. Their adoption fee is being sponsored to help find them the perfect home. This guys are extremely affectionate once they settle into their environment but will be shy at first.
