🐾 Bruno’s Scariest 8 Days 🐶❤️
Bruno was never the quiet type.
He was loud with love 💛
Loud with energy ⚡
Loud with life ✨
Every morning he would jump onto the couch like it was his personal stage. Tail wagging, snorting happily, eyes shining.
Then one evening… he didn’t move.
At first, it felt small.
He skipped dinner 🍽️
He lay on the floor longer than usual.
But by the next morning, something was wrong.
Bruno wouldn’t drink water 🚫💧
His eyes looked different — watery, unfocused 😔
His breathing felt heavier 😮💨
When he tried to stand, his legs trembled 🐾
Then came the moment that terrified us.
He suddenly became unusually restless. Pacing. Stopping. Staring at nothing.
He seemed confused… almost disoriented 😢
Some of the symptoms looked frighteningly similar to rabies.
The fear that entered my chest in that moment is something I can’t describe 😰
We rushed him to the vet immediately 🏥
At the clinic, the vet examined him carefully. Bruno flinched more than usual. He seemed sensitive to touch. At one point, he avoided water completely.
The vet didn’t confirm anything…
But he said something that froze the room:
“These symptoms can sometimes resemble rabies. We need to monitor closely.”
My heart dropped 💔

Bruno barely lifted his head.

By Day 8, Bruno stood on his own.
He walked toward me. Slowly.

That was the moment I knew my boy was back 💖
Today, Bruno runs around the house like nothing ever happened. Tail wagging. Eyes bright. Full of life again 🐾✨
But sometimes, when he sleeps peacefully beside me 💤

The word “rabies” echoing in that small clinic room.
And I hold him a little tighter 🤍
