Meet Honey Bee, a golden-hearted mare standing 15h and weighing 1250 lbs. At 17 years old, she’s got the perfect mix of wisdom and gentleness that makes her a true family treasure.

Honey Bee has spent her recent years as a lesson horse for little ones as young as 5 years old. She has a heart of gold and always takes care of her rider—if a kiddo gets unseated, she’ll stop and wait for them to get settled again. She’s currently ridden about five times a week to keep her “adult rider buttons” sharp, so she’s just as enjoyable for grown-ups as she is for kids.
