This is our sales policy that must be read prior to purchasing a rabbit from me.
* By purchasing a rabbit from Lots of Hops, you are agreeing to our for sale policy, regardless of if you have read it or not.
* We DO NOT sell pet rabbits a week before or after Easter and Christmas, in the best interest of my rabbits.
* Rabbits are not for sale under the age of 8 weeks. For some rabbits, I will be taking deposits on them once they turn 7 weeks and some I will decide to grow out or hold on to for a few more weeks and then from there decide which ones will be staying permanently.
* I reserve the right to cancel a sale at anytime. Even at pick-up. If I decide not to sell and you put a deposit down then you will receive your full deposit back.
* Once a rabbit is sold, I consider the first 3 days of new ownership the "trial period". During this time, if you decide that the rabbit is not for you, I will take the rabbit back with no questions asked. However, I do not give refunds.
* If you decide you no longer want the rabbit AFTER the trial period, please contact me first! In some cases I will offer to take the rabbit back or I can help you find a new home for the rabbit.
* While I will only sell healthy rabbits it is the buyers responsibility for checking the overall heath of the rabbit at time of purchase.
*Sometimes does are mistaken for bucks and vice versa, mistakes happen, by buying a rabbit feom me, you must understand this happens.
*NO REFUNDS
* a 50% non-refundable deposit is required on any rabbit that you want to put a hold on. You have 5 days to pick up the rabbit (unless otherwise discussed/ agreed upon or if the rabbit is 7 weeks old then you'll have 5 days after the rabbit turns 8 weeks to pick it up). The rabbit will be listed as "Prnding" between the time your deposit is received and the time you pick your rabbit up. If you fail to pick up the rabbit in this time, you forfeit your deposit.
* I am a closed rabbitry, meaning my rabbitry is not open to the public for health and safety reasons. I meet at my rabbitry or in a public place of my choosing.
* I do not allow anyone under the age of 16 to purchase a rabbit with out parent/ guardian permission. Your parent or guardian must come with you to pick up your rabbit in order for the rabbit to leave my care, whether you have put a deposit down or not.
*I guarantee the heath of a rabbit at the time of the sale. I can not guarantee the health of a rabbit after it leaves my care, that is up to the new buyer.
* please make sure you are able to meet in Davison, MI. I do not travel to transport a rabbit to a new owner, please don't ask.
* I have the right to change, add or take away anything on this sales policy.
* I can not guarantee how a rabbit will do at the time of pick up. Rabbit will be scared u til it settles in his or her new home.
* Mini Lop Rabbits are sold with pedigree
*Prices are based on the quality of a rabbit and are FIRM.
* you must pay in full before any rabbit can leave my rabbitry.
*I only accept cash or Venmo.
* I do not ship rabbits, it is the buyers responsibility to set up transport.
*Buyers must bring something to take their rabbit home in ( a carrying cage or card board box lined with hay or straw works well). If you come with out something to transport your rabbit in, I will not allow the rabbit to leave.
* I do not carry change, please have the exact amount at the time of pick up.
* Please come at the arranged time of pick up. If you are going to be a few minutes late please let me know that. If you are extremely late (over 20 min) or If you fail to show up on time with no warning, then I assume you pass on the sale and I will move on to the next person interested. If you have put a deposit down on the rabbit, we will reschedule another pick up date to take place no later than a few days after the original day of pick up. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE. Just like you, I have a busy schedule so please be considerate.
*Be sure to MAPQUEST THE PICK UP LOCATION BEFORE putting down a deposit or requesting a day to come pick a rabbit up.
