Please spread the word for this lost cat. Amias was LOST on August 27, 2025 in Davenport, IA 52803 near corner of N Harrison and W 32nd Street
Message from Owner: Amias was last seen late Wednesday night. He is neutered, microchipped, and just shy of 10 years old.
He can be timid around strangers but he does know his name and will typically come when called. (It is pronounced uh-my-es) He is exclusively an indoor cat so being outside at all is taboo to him let alone being gone for this long.
He will typically come running when he hears a bag of temptations treats being shaken or he smells chicken. If you believe you see him in person and can get close enough to him he loves hair ties/pony tail holders and may come to you if you wag one in front of him.
We are worried sick and just want our baby to come ! We have posted on local lost and found pet pages, notified his microchip company/officially reported him missing through them, called the humane society, reached out on the QC discord, knocked on doors in our neighborhood, and have been walking the neighborhood at night calling for him. We have even put dry and wet food out in our grge and have left our back door propped open with food just inside the door with the hope he’ll wonder his way back inside.
Description: Tabby Cat with white on his legs, chest, belly, and half of his face. He has amber eyes with slight green tint and a dark orange colored nose.
