This week we are celebrating these two down right wonderful people! It’s Veterinary Receptionist Week!!

Emilee and Brittany lift up our entire team with their smiles, laugh and positive attitudes. We are so filled with gratitude for these ladies. No pet owners concern is ever too small or appointment challenge is ever too difficult for them to solve. They love each of our patients like they were their own. We couldn’t do any of this without them!!

Did you know that Olive has a stray pet/assistance fund? Any one of our clients can contribute to the fund at any time and we will use it towards assisting with the medical needs of stray animals or those that need help with urgent issues.

The fund is named after Joe Voigt. He was Dr. Shelly’s cousin and she called him Joe-Joe. Joe was a man of endless compassion for every animal he encountered. He lives in the hearts of those lucky enough to know him. We will continue to spread his kindness and remembering the amazing person that he was.

If you have not had the pleasure of seeing her enchanting smile first hand, allow me to introduce Dr. Shelly. She is the heart and soul of Olive. Her care and compassion for every pet knows no bounds. She has a passion for palliative care and faded, grey muzzles that have been kissed by time. She goes above and beyond to ensure your concerns as a pet parent are heard and tirelessly works to find creative solutions.

Dr Shelly leads with empathy, ensuring that all members of our team feel valued and cared for; so they can in turn, provide the best care to our pet families. We are better for having Dr. Shelly as our guide on this journey.
