Re-posting! This girl has until end of day Sunday to find a placement where she will be euthanized. I am truly hoping that someone from our pack might have the time and space to save this sweet girl?! I would be committed to offering free training for this misunderstood kiddo and her foster (in the Southeast quadrant). Please share! She has until Monday!

A public meeting has been announced for the Forest Service to share information about proposed changes to the Northwest Forest Plan:

The public is invited to join and learn more about the Draft Environmental Impact Statement.

· When: Monday, February 24, 2025
· Where: Stevenson Public Library, 120 NW Vancouver Ave., Stevenson, WA 98648
· Time: 5:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. (Doors open at 5:00 p.m.)

The Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) explains these proposed changes and is open for public comment until March 17, 2025. Some of the key focuses of the updated plan include:

· Adapting to a changing climate to increase resiliency to extreme weather events, like droughts and wildfire.
· Honoring trust responsibilities to tribal governments and communities by involving them in land management planning and implementing forest management practices.

ABOUT US

OUR PHILOSOPHY

We see each dog as an individual. Each with their own unique personality and their own unique needs. We believe that understanding and embracing this individuality is fundamental to successful training. And so we promote a personalized training approach to find the best fit for each dog and their owner.

We believe that there is no such thing as “bad dog”. We specialize in misunderstood dogs with fear and aggression issues and have a particularly soft spot in our hearts for pitbull breeds.
